    Am currently making a countdown calendar in the hope that a superior offer will emerge to save us from this lowball offer. What happens if an offer is made at say 1:00 pm on the 21st December? Would the meeting still go ahead? What would happen to proxy votes already received?

    Ever hopeful of something better than $1.52!!! Here's hoping.
