It is a distinct possibility but unless it was for a short period of time such as 2-3 months (at a cost) I wouldn't grant exclusivity.
Maybe first right of refusal but after 6 months we need to start shopping around.
I think they will sign oxycodone and reserve judgment on oxymorphone until further stability data is in. OxyC will be catalyst enough.
