I think in typical Japanese form they will find such 6mth timelines as arbitrary when in my experience Japanese company's pride themselves as thinking in decades and century's rather than years. They will state that as they are still working with us and still paying for testing and examining even further products that of course they are still interested and as such POH will need to decide the sense of pushing them or giving them some more time. I agree that the longer and wider the relationship flourishes is the key however frustrating that may be for us. Therefore I would doubt we see any announcement as it won't be a no but it won't be a deal yet as the Japanese will want to negotiate and all encompassing deal (or takeover) when they understand the full compliment Poh can offer them.
