dont ever forget that with a bank you start off with a score of 100 as they are in the business of lending money .
they mark you down by each cashflow assumption and engineering and geological assumption they dont like.
the legal stuff is administration only in that how hard can it be to review the offtakes and tenure of licence? so this doesnt take months.
the skill of 500k pa man is to herd all of the financiers so that they all run straight and do not have one of their junior analysts think he is a hero amd play hardball.
delays of 6 months are deadly in mining.
