I fully understand why you would write that statement and everyone shares your frustration.
IMO it would never have got to the Attorney Generals office if the above statement was true, also GBE would not have expanded the team, and would not be moving the project forward with the cash raised recently.

Rather the project would have been put on hold and every attempt would have been made to preserve cash, they are good at that, they had to do it for years.

I am realistic, this project does carry an amount of risk but I am optimistic they will mine in 2024.

Lets hope I am right
