    Historically one could suggest that cudeco however I am optimistic. MDA has been at highest level in finance minister and mining minister for a period now after passing much scrutiny via other govt channels. It will arrive in 3rd quarter of Nov as ralli advised the cabinet meeting of govt mi8d Nov - Chak will be back from COP for a big ceremony with ministers and management.
