The announcement that the MDA's would be issued by 31-Jan-2023 in the article first listed by Ralli was instigated by the Minister of Mines Albert Mbawala or thats my understanding from reading it. There is no evidence right now that this was not made in good faith. The new list of issues has been raised by the Attorney General whether that is off his own reading of the agreement or from feedback from the 2 London firms I do not know.

In the past problems like this has resulted in no progress for a depressing length of time however my information this time is that is not the case and the AG and GBE are actively discussing the issues that have been raised which I find very encouraging. So as off this afternoon, no the MDA is not already signed but I think things are looking far more promising.

I dont know what the issues are but I am encouraged.
