To take effect on the 31st Jan, Minister of Mines Albert Mbawala has been replaced and appointed Monica Chang' anamuno as the new Minister of Mining. Mkango, with the press release about MDA on the 31st Jan, also got the arse on the same date. Might explain the further delays.
