It could simply be Albert was given a mandate to finalize by a date - several MDA'S - finalize in timely manner opening of the new mines department and release the airborne survey data which they have been sitting on that final report from the international company that conducted such.
Failure to do so has seen his removal as Chak advised in advising of cabinet changes well in advance of the now confirmed re shuffle - "non performing ministers will be removed". To much showboating and talk from Albert with no confirmed completed progress.

Anyway Hudson surprised however did not seem concerned and remained upbeat with comment on progress. Mkango and Lotus very positive in their respective quarterly ann's so I'll go with them - they are more informed than us here. It remains incredibly frustrating and disappointing in the interim.
