With our Chinese connections number 1 and 2 shareholders I am sure we are across the Chinese issues if they exist. What we are all not sure about is the corruption issues which still are being reported along with the continual delays with the MDA.
I too emailed the company about the need for an update to market on the status of the MDA e.g:
a. is it with the AG or back with the London law firm, have the accepted the terms pending the final document or are we still in negotiations, etc.. etc.. (NO REPLY very disappointing).
