    The timing of the issuance of the MDA seems to be a gamble. The government owes a lot to its citizens. It is a tragedy in Africa. A continent with a lot of raw materials and the people have to travel in rubber dinghies to Europe to get prosperity. The politicians should be ashamed of themselves.
