Potential Financial institutions or investors interested in funding Phase 2 do not care what previous investors paid for there shares and as there is a major lack interest at the moment , it does not take very deep pockets to move the stock price up or down. That is all I am saying, not long to find out either way and it would be nice to see investors which have held though disappointing times rewarded. This sector is particularly brutal and stock prices usually overshoot to the upside and downside as many have seen here.
