Your post below is not correct.
"The ASX rules says they must ann if unsuccessful.
The reason why they are not required to ann in June if successful is because ASX rules says they dont have to. The resason is because the Ministers letter is only an invite to commence negotiations re funding. It is mot a guarrantee they will get funds if they receive the letter."
I have checked with the company: they will ann positive or negative news mid June.....not just negative.
Any positive news will be subject to finance.
By the way, an MOU or LOI is not a guarantee either but they are still
announced.
