Tell me from the Meeting Agenda what is the performance criteria the employees of Samson have to meet to in order to get this inflated reward of 200,000,000 shares?
How much oil do they have to produce to be rewarded?
What share price targets triggers their incentives?
How much does our reserves have to increase for them to be rewarded?
and on it goes, nobody knows, the document does not tell us.
It's at 'the Boards discretion.' Writing a blank cheque to the employees of Samson will not motivate them to act in shareholder interests. The only incentive they have is to see this passed on May 30th.
After that date, at the boards discretion, 200,000,000 will be handed out by the Compensation Committee, (K Skipper, V Rudenno and D Craig) to the to employees of Samson and its Affiliates over the next three years and sooner if triggers are brought on.
200,000,000 shares at 15cents equals $A30,000,000 - oddly enough about how much we will have left when the quarterly comes out tomorrow.
