countdown to canning

decided to change the subject to something more positive and relevant

as per my previous post.......

re timing of Canning drilling, its best to follow ARQ's announcements and the progress of the Century 18 rig

the schedule for this rig is

Drakea-1 - completed last week,

from the asx 20-06-07 announcement

"The Century 18 drilling rig will now be moved to the Apium location to drill the Apium 2 sidetrack well into the Apium gas accumulation in L2."

Apium-2 appraisal well (probably spud over weekend or early next week and take ~two weeks to complete)

Mobilize rig to Canning basin (~2 weeks)

spud Valentine followed by Stokes (my estimate on or before 01-08-07).

Thats the current plan as per ARQ's announcements.
