I fully agree with You and Slogger on the bonus issues. ACR does have a lot of competition, even so an FDA approval can last decades. We are witnessing for ourselves how hard it is to get an FDA approval for topical drugs. So even with the competition, the US Topical Drug Segment is a Niche Segment. All this difficulty does limit the players. Very, very few approvals are issued by the FDA for a Topical NDA or ANDA’s each year. It really highlights how difficult this Niche is. At one time I researched the number of Topical Approvals NDA and ANDA, you could count them ALL ( NDA &ANDA) with one hand. So I believe that even with all the difficulties we’ve witnessed and noting that other drug companies are not doing very well getting Topical Drug Approvals either, it’s going to remain a slow grind. I just so pleased that ACR has not all of a sudden decided to change tack, but is staying the course. Think of that for a moment, years of criticism at the slow progress yet they have stuck to their original plan. Jet
