I agree with you @Slogger that change is required. For me and IMO the CEO is not the issue I would start with the chairman who I feel is feathering his own nest, not thinking of what's best for ACR and then work down to other directors. Brooke made his $$, Oldham too focussed on AdAlta.
Chairman delivered Axiron - massive tick while it lasted but mitigated in part by the patents he created being smashed in court, delivered Hexima - horrible and now snoozy generic strategy. His use-by date is long gone for me.
