ACR have had one CR that I'm aware of. It's number of outstanding shares stood at 166-8 million for over a decade. ACR was a company that was swimming in cash with no debt for years, so no CR was ever required. The gamble for holders like myself was to evaluate(some years back) the prospects of ACR successfully pulling off a turnaround situation, knowing full well that turnaround situations rarely work. That gamble still is in play, and to ACR's credit they have not wavered or changed course over the past 7 years..... so someone at ACR is confidant.
