What you will find is that the agreement for the China water JV has added some positive information that needs to be added to the DFS.
As people haven't factored this in, they might overreact as markets tend to do.
As I have said previously, CLQ doesn't rush into deals, and they certainly aren't going to rush into producing the DFS.
