I've noticed the same thing with explorers in particular.
I put that into the context of companies that are living on punters capital and need to raise some more soon have to constantly guild the Lilly with exceptional grade intersections ( 0.5m at 5.8% cu etc). Whereas blue ribbons that are adequately funded and have all the ducks in a row to give the directors the comfort that all is well, don't have to handle the truth badly.
Let's hope the studies and resource upgrades are going to plan together with the loan documentation and when its all done we will hear.
