Um, not my job to prove you wrong, mate, it's a DYOR type situation here.

But I will note that since none of MSB's products have been approved by the FDA yet (all of the insurer's documents are noted as "approved pending FDA approval", so no approval, no right to reimbursement, yes?), I think it's up to you to prove to us that it IS material, and that MSB is dropping the ball here by NOT announcing this to the market.

Before you go on that hiding to nowhere, however, please make sure you explain just what that announcement would even say. I suppose it would be something like: "Hey, everyone, a few big insurers in the States have agreed that if the FDA approves our products, they will reimburse their insured for those treatments!!"

Seriously? That's a "No sh*t, Sherlock" situation if I have ever heard one. Why on Earth else is MSB going through the FDA approval process if not for that...? Isn't this just all part of the process...?

And...that's price sensitive how?
