Maybe a bit basic, but a run up range 28c-> 35.5c gives 7.5c off 30c support. Then confirmed with a double bottom off 30c with double that range of 4c (down from 34c) takes you to 38c.
I hope that makes sense. It only works, once it has worked though.
Though JC may well have managed to move the support up to that 30c level for a good while. Hard to buy KSS shares any cheaper these days, and as folk start to realise the sub 20c days are long gone gone they will hopefully stop bottom fishing and start paying what they need to pay to get on board.
But it does add a tech level of confidence to what we all appreciate of the fundamental value of the stock.
