its amazing how valuations are done by traders/investors.
MGV - Musgrave - $350m market cap. Many traders have been enjoying the recent increase in its share price. It will be at least 7 years before its making any income, and the hurdles it needs to go through along the way, let alone the 100s of millions of dollars it still needs to raise.
KSS - Kleos Space - $40m market cap. Has a pipeline of over 130 contracts, with at least $30m annual revenue from its first cluster. Whether its 2 week away, 4 weeks away, 6 weeks away even 10 weeks away, they are still creating value week after week with more and more contracts. Other than salaries they don't need to worry about drilling costs, success from the drilling and the 7 plus years of waiting to get an actual return etc. Their data will be a one off cost, and sold over and over and over again. Then when the next cluster goes to Space this revenue doubles. As each new cluster goes into orbit, the revenues will increase as more companies/countries around the world will want/need the data.
If people are here for the quick one minute trade, one week trade this stock is not for you. If you want long term value then sit back and watch the next 3/6/12 months. Put your shares in the bottom drawer and watch the value increase. I have no doubt with what the company has achieved in the past few months and what's still to come, people will be getting a much better return than CBA, NAB, BHP, APT and probably every other stock in the Top 100.
