The only person who has mentioned $3 bill is ROH as per the following quote

"There was an article on OZ Minerals in last Thursday's The Australian relating to the possible sale of part or all of its $3 billion dollar Carrapateena copper /gold project in South Australia."

I did say he changed wording, this was what The Australian actually said,

THE sale process for part or all of OZ Minerals’ Carrapateena copper-gold project in South Australia is about to hit high gear with the pending release of a preliminary feasibility study into a $3 billion development.

So how do you come up with the following unless ROH has moved into the negative lot

"Also according to the negative lot on here if oz say their Carrapateena copper /gold project in South Australia is worth $3 billion dollars then its probably worth 100 million."
