    I think SFR sold quite a few shares to an O/S mob (Korean? Chinese?)and it stopped ozl in their tracks.
    So like WM they were organised if someone hid buying shares and suddenly popped up with 19.9% of the company.
    WM just let them know it wouldn't work so dont bother.
    Maybe thats why m&g sold out like ozl intend to.
