The longer you wait the higher the probability of a CR. Struggled last time and needed free oppies as well to get the deal done. If they CR again I think you can say the finance has fallen through. Problem is what will happen to the share price? Look at what happened to TON when they could not raise money. Total meltdown. Just keep it in mind that all.
Falling in love with a stock is fine but just make sure it is the right stock. Can be embarrassing if it ends badly. Just ask TON holders.
