Well, this forum, in common with several others, has become sadly quiet, though understandably so. However, if the IronClad case is on the agenda for next week - a fact which their website doesn't indicate yet - then we've only got ten days to wait. Surely this time, assuming the company supplies all required info, which Ian Finch says they will, the DAC will have to recommend approval. Then we'll see what the market thinks about IFE, won't we. My guess is that the SP will take a big hike once some certainty comes into the equation.
I just re-read the following on the SA Govt website:
"The decision to shepherd the amendments through the development assessment process demonstrates the Government’s ability to facilitate infrastructure construction in this State."
All I can say is, considering how long this has taken so far, I'm sure glad they aren't looking after my sheep. The poor buggers would have three years' growth on them before they got shorn!
