Late starter here, only bought in about a f/n ago. Some big numbers being bandied about. What is a realistic short term target assuming 5 gas turbines each producing 15Mw with an additional 6Mw from the Kallina cycle?
Apparently some numbers were published that have been taken down which gives some everyone a chance to do some calculations and arrive at some ballpark figures.
As I said in my other post, talking to these coal execs got me excited about the future for gas-fired electricity generation in North America, but how exactly KPO participates in the upsurge isn't quite clear to me.
Anyhow, knowledgeable posters seem relaxed about how a company with a mkt cap of only $36m is going to raise $300m in debt & equity to fund what seems to be effectively a giant trial.
Ah well, thermal coal as an industry in NA is stuffed by the looks so hopefully KPO works out how it can get some of the action in alternative electricity supply solutions.
