That could have something to do with the fact that this company hs NEVER made a profit, and has been diluting the shares forever. They just keep raising money and spending it and historically have burned every promising partner that put money and expertise into the project.
Back in the 70's, the extent of the resource was well known, and the mine produced tungsten and made money. Since then no tungsten has been produced in meaningful quantity, but countless capital raisings have ensued and countless drillings have been done to work out what was already known - keep digging in the pit and tungsten will come out - yet none have turned a spade in the hole.
I haven't got enough fingers and toes to count the number of times good times were just around the corner for shareholders.
