There are many parameters in play. Some within the circle of control and some outside. If you recall during these times we had a new Joe Biden president who put the brakes on exploration, covid lockdowns and new processes. Things havent gone according to plan but i wouldn't fault management for act of god events and political changes. But i do agree that pressure should be placed on management to provide updates as much reasonably possible and not keep shareholders guessing for too long.
