I agree. Obviously they aren't at fault and they shouldn't have to be announce 'no permit yet' everyday. However, given the extent of the wait, the fact that BNL is burning through cash whilst effectively treading on water, and that we are fast approaching 2022 - an update from BNL would be nice.
Some transparency would be well appreciated, BNL.
