the issues just post bidens changes were forgivable. And no, by their comments in their announcements they haven't said that they were waiting on this permit to be approved. They stated that the process was clearer and that they would be lodging by a certain timeframe. Not an assumption when you say things will be done by certain quarters and then remain quiet.
It's the fact that they are speaking of timeframes that aren't being met. you can message these things differently. For example, 'once permits for drilling have been received, works for the drilling will commence'.
I have come concerns because things have been said and not acted upon from appearances. More than happy for them to prove me wrong mate.
