Yes - I do mean that. If they promised drilling by the end of the year (even say they expect to drill by the end of the year) then they are obliged to update shareholders if there is any change to that previously stated.
We would do that as a courtesy to our frinds/family work colleagues would we not?
I would add that you don't actually get to tell anyone to stay off HC. Might be better to phrase that a little better in future
