Getting the circuit working effectively will depend on who the processing plant managers and supervisors are - if they have trained the locals well and bring in some Aussies then it shouldn't take too long.
I don't recall a change in processing methodology - but it could have happened. Borrowing a bit of extra money to ensure that they have plenty of working capital available is a smart move I think - the fact that Trafigura were willing to lend is a very positive sign that they believe in the project.
