Simmo, I think that shareholders and creditors missed the BOD' shake-up-boat by about two to three years. It would be fruitless now. IMO.
IMO, the BOD then realised that funding was going to be difficult if not impossible.
At that time, they seemed to lose focus on the core business i.e. developing LCUP, and embarked on a number of failed revenues raising attempts, side issues, none of which has delivered to date. Still doing it.
A change of board members at that time might have tempered NRZ's entrepreneurial ambitions, realised the difficulty in raising funds, and taken some other course.
They might have realised the futility of proceeding, cut their losses and scrapped the project with minimum fuss and pain to all concerned. But not this crew. Go to the bitter end seems to be their motto. Pain to everyone involved.
