The project is big and complex, so how can there be nobody on the board with urea and manufacturing experience? If Justyn can't change, the change will be made for him; the archaic, arrogant and autocratic way of thinking needs to end.
The project is too important for the future of Australia and the Pacific region, if Justyn can't realise this, he could be following Staveley and Chatfield down to Centrelink.
