An interesting post, bricklebar, but I am going to be a little pedantic in my response.
Leigh Creek coalmine is just that. It is a disused coalmine in woop woop , nothing else and certainly nothing special. NRZ is a dreamtime venture, and the mine has no residual value in its present form.
It has no gas reserves. Any gas from this site has to be manufactured and that is a major problem with this venture. This process could be applied in a number of more suitable locations throughout Australia.
Just my thoughts and opinion.
