counter bid

Solid buying Friday afternoon. My thoughts are that a counter bid will come to the table. A great buying opportunity was evident on the market on Friday at $4.70.

SGP would be the likely suitor with a strong cash position, as displayed in their recent dividend announcement and cancellation of DRP. SGP have a great balance sheet with plenty of gearing capacity and a vested interest in the Sunshine Coast assets along side FKP.

I wouldn't be surprised if they came to the market over the next 2 weeks. FKP are talking $6 a share will get the deal done.

Iam holding out.
