for some reason I am not quite convinced that this take over bid from the outset was a real take over offer.
they have never canvassed the possibility if the Company was ever for sale.
which is of no use to anyone saving the ones that have sold already and bailed out.
however for what it's worth it's been a good news for the suffering shareholders & much welcome news for the property sector which is grossly undervalued at the moment.
my guess is the next one on the take over list is SDG. it is trading well below its highs and has some superb assets and plenty of cash.
