Just out of curiosity, what's to stop any of the directors selling their shares on market and securing $2.20+ in cash rather than accept the new worthless offer from WNI?

Seeing the 50K order at $2.50 is what made me think of this?
Of course the buyer would be WNI & Co.
Guess the end result will be the same...WNI still wont get enough to make 90% :)
