I found this article very resourceful (maybe a little older) - lots of links regarding current and hopefully (!) future legislation regarding anti-drone systems.  The recent drone detection and mitigation trials show the US understands the need to act in a timely fashion.  Hopefully for us holders that means soon...ish.  I read somewhere else too (anybody else?) where Amazon have already 'secured' a legal right to fly their drones where jamming systems may operate so that sort of implies that big commercial players have an eye to the future too.
