    5c return on 40m shares is an easy $2m for anyone with a lazy $12m lying around. That's if a 35c offer comes in of course. Personally I believe this is it. There is no reaso why anyone making a better offer would wait until the last minute to do so. There is nothing to gain from it. iMO
