re: counter offer ?/up My understanding is that Ant. can buy on mkt, but it must be at a price at least of the offer, and if they pay more at anytime on-mkt during the bid/to they must pay all parties off -mkt the highest price paid.
When I said Crosby, I also meant it as an example, so the best situation for us holders is if a 3rd party has stepped into the breach now.
