i dont think there will be an offer from the chinese as they are already heavily involved with gbg so these relationships will most likely flow on to sdl's projects ie ANSTEEl will most likely get priority offloading agreements for cameroon production. plus you also have Angang from hong Kong and melaware steel involved in gbg so they are pretty much indirectly involved in sdl now.
