    WA premier Colin Barnett reckons he will make the Anketell announcement prior to year's end.

    It's 4.00pm Wed (Perth time) right now, and assuming we don't get any announcement before COB today it leaves just five working days until the new year ticks over.

    Tick tock...

    P.S. I'm assuming this news will potentially have a material impact on the IOH share price, but I might be wrong.
