IMO TZ WON the tender for the trial and if successful I wouldn't think AP would then follow up with another tender process...that would be quite ludicrous.....IMO from here if the trial is successful the normal course of action is to roll it out.
true is too early to count our chickens just yet as the trial is still progressing, nothing wrong with being optimistic though, i damn well am :)
