instead of sitting here second guessing and whingeing - and in the absence of any ANNS - which may not be possible yet - better we all look up as much info as we can - there's heaps on Google - thanks to this post info by Banagher re. San Manuel Mining - just where do THEY come into it? - lots of argy bargy stuff going on at the Filipino end maybe - making it hugely difficult for LIN? Very delicate negotiations?
Maybe problems because LIN is not yet a producer? Thinking out loud. RED is one company doing well in Mindanao - rang them and they've never heard of Lindian. Believe they are producers. But they have heard of some citizens' objections to mining in the LIN area of interest.
More knowledge - better armed is my motto.
