No we only had an exploration lic & not a mining lic. San Manuel Mining Corp are submitting the appeal on LIN's behalf to DENR. SM have the overall tenement rights. It is good that they are arguing on behalf of LIN in my opinion as it didnt work out too well before.
So we just wait.
