if CDPHE makes the determination that ablation mining isnt mining but needs a sml, it will not be a big deal. WU will be in production in 2017. i still say it will take 3-4 months after applicaiton submitted. if it takes 6 months, that is 6 months from application. application should happen in october, possibly november. if it takes 9 months, and the application is submitted in november, production starts in August 2017. not too bad. WU will be the next uranium company globally to go into production. Berkeley has been delayed until 2019. Uranium Resources just announced they have laid off a lot of workers and is also delaying their permitting. TOE, VMY, BOE all 2019 or 2020 at the earliest. And they need $65 uranium to be profitable.
