The numbers don't quite add up (720 shares seem to be missing), but an additional 35,456 shares will be issued at $1.70 CAD. Finder's fees of $20,224 CAD will be paid.
It would be interesting to read the private placement memorandum, particularly any disclosure pertaining to the ablation licensing determination process.
